Dear parents.
When your child comes to a session at Northern Lights, please remember to provide them with a towel, swimming hat and a t-shirt. The towel and a t-shirt are for their comfort during warm-up sessions and the hat ( however much they hated ) is absolutely necessary for their safety and without it we can't guarantee they will be allowed to swim.
